My Background and Businesses

Since having my daughter in 2021, I have launched two businesses myself, as well as helping family and friends with their own. Prior to this, I always worked in sales-centric employed roles such as recruitment and telesales - so I think it's fair to say I've seen A LOT!

When launching both of these businesses, I'll be honest, I knew NOTHING about launching or running a business!

But what I did know was that I absolutely had to make something work for Mila (my daughter) and I.

I fell into beauty during my maternity break - worked in a salon for 4 months and felt that to make the money I wanted and work hours that suited Mila and I, I needed to go out alone! That's where my self-employed/business owning journey began!

Absolute Beauty is my eyelash business that successfully paid the bills and worked around our home life for over two years! Not bad considering I was newly qualified when I went out alone, so I was definitely not the best around at the time!

People and culture

Our people are what make us unique. Rather than outsourcing our construction engineers from questionable outsourcing establishments, we provide them with an environment that supports professional growth.

We are strong believers in giving our employees a voice. Our teams are put together with the help of our resident psychologist to ensure maximum productivity and engagement.
