FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What is copy?

In copywriting, "copy" is the written content crafted to persuade or engage an audience, with the goal of prompting a specific action—like making a purchase or signing up for a service. It appears in ads, websites, emails, and other marketing materials.

How does your product/service work?

We like to begin our journey together by arranging either a face-to-face chat or a phone call to get an understanding of your business and so we may decipher which services would suit your goals best.

From this point a plan is put together detailing necessary tasks with an estimated time scale for each with either an hourly rate or a fixed price. Once you have had time to look over it, we schedule another chat so I can answer any questions and alterations can be made to the plan if necessary.

Then it's time to make the magic happen! The team get to work and report back regularly with any updates. We are always on hand throughout the process to answer any questions and give any further guidance.

How much does it cost?

The cost involved is tailored to each project and client. A simple blog post of 500 words, topic and research provided by client, starts from just £90. The cost of a website design/redesign will vary depending on the current structure, media, copy and how much needs to be created or altered.

The best way to get an idea on pricing for your needs is to get in touch for a chat!

Do you offer business advice?

Unfortunately, I am not qualified to offer direct business advice however, I am always happy to discuss my personal business encounters and describe techniques and tools I have used to overcome such obstacles.

Why is copy important?

Copy is important because it drives action. Well-crafted copy captures attention, builds interest, and persuades the audience to take a specific step—whether it's making a purchase, signing up for a service, or engaging with a brand. It communicates the value of a product or service in a compelling way, helps differentiate a brand, and ultimately contributes to the success of marketing campaigns and business growth.
